The article is dedicated to the problems of women's sport considered from the physiological, psychological and sociological positions. The author analyses the various characteristics and components of the notion "sex dimorphism" in the context of sex's formation fundamentals. She discusses the problems of androgenes increase in female athletes, the disorders of hormone sex's determination in girls the morphofunctional characteristics in female athletes, the connection between hiperandrogenia and physical loads, the influence of the hiperandrogenia on the female athletes' reproductive function.
