      <content:encoded><![CDATA[15 Judoka absolvierten 4 Oberkörper-Wingate-Tests mit Pausen von 3 min. Untersucht wurden VO2, Laktat (A,) Herzfrequenz (HR), aerober Anteil (AC), relative mittlere Leistung (MP), relative maximale Leistung (PP) und relative Gesamtarbeit.
Ergebnisse:
- Abnahme der MP, ausgenommen von Test 3 zu Test 4.
- Kein Unterschied in der PP zwischen Test 1 und 2 und zwischen 3 und 4. Zwischen den anderen Tests bestanden Unterschiede.
- Die höhere VO2 und HR differierte nicht zwischen den Tests, jedoch war der aerobe Anteil im Test 1 niedriger als in den Tests 2, 3 und 4.
-Blutlaktat stieg von einem Test zum anderen.]]></content:encoded>
