      <content:encoded><![CDATA[8 männliche Triathleten (21.1 Jahre) absolvierten einen ansteigenden Fahrradergometertest (IET) vor und am Tag nach einem Triathlon Olympische Distanz. Untersuchte Parameter waren: Minutenventilation (VE), VO2, VCO2,VE:VO2, VE:VCO2, Atemfrequenz und Atemzugvolumen, Herfrequenz, O2-Puls, Laktat, VO2max.
Ergebnis: 24 Stunden nach einem klassischen Triathlon weisen die Triathleten ihre aerobe Kapaziät wie vor dem Wettkamp auf, jedoch waren Zeitverläufe von Herzfrequenz oder Blutlaktatspiegel nicht wieder hergestellt.]]></content:encoded>
