The exchange and transfer of the information between the man, external and his internal world is carried out with distortions. Two different persons see the same phenomenon and describe it differently. It allows to speak about the channels of reception and the transfer of the information as about channels of communication with stochastic outbreaks. The process of information organization of training process is reduced to correct selection participants process.
