Olympic Games (hereinafter OG) are the world`s largest competition and the world`s biggest event in the year in which you are held. No other human activity is able to gather in one place the representatives from all over the world. The importance of successful participation in this event has grown steadily ever since the Games were renovated in 1896. The period from renovation until nowadays can be divided in different ways and by different criteria. One of the most popular divisions is into three periods (Platonov, 2004): the first period from 1896 to 2012, the second period from 1920 to 1948 and the third period from 1952 to 2012. For several reasons, such as the collapse of the USSR to several sporty significant countries, the reunification of Germany and the disappearance of the sporty powerful East Germany, as also appearance of China on the international scene, it is reasonable to talk about a special period of development of Olympics after the 1988.
